Having written both my novels while attending a writers workshop led by the author John Givens, I know the value of candid and reliable feedback while a work is in progress and when a first draft is complete.

I offer an editing service for writers at all stages and in all genres. Whether your manuscript is complete and you’re looking for a structural edit, or if you’re just starting out and hoping for pointers on your first few chapters, I will be happy to read your work and offer feedback on your writing and story.

I focus on the areas with which writers in the workshop often struggle: voice and characterisation, plot and pace, writing style and the common mistakes that new writers overlook. I really enjoy working with writers to make their manuscripts as good as they can be.

I also offer advice on seeking an agent based on my own search for representation. I'll help you tailor your submission in order to give your manuscript the best possible chance.
